NAS Advertising Policy

1. Overview

New Artist Source (“NAS,” “we,” “our,” “the Platform”) provides advertising tools for creators and brands, including image ads, video ads, CPC/CPV campaigns, self-hosted ads, and sponsored placements. This Advertising Policy explains what is allowed and how ads are managed on NAS.

2. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers and creators running ads on NAS must ensure that:

  • All ads comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • All claims in ads are truthful and not misleading.
  • They have rights to all content used in ads (images, music, video, logos, etc.).
  • Ads do not infringe copyright, trademarks, or other third-party rights.

3. Prohibited Advertising Content

The following types of ads are not allowed on NAS:

  • Illegal products or services.
  • Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content.
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
  • Scams, fraud, or deceptive offers.
  • Pyramid schemes or get-rich-quick schemes.
  • Malware, spyware, or harmful software.
  • Ads that mimic system messages or mislead users about functionality.

4. Ad Formats & Placement

NAS supports several ad formats, including:

  • Image ads on home, sidebar, and profile pages.
  • Video ads, including pre-roll video ads.
  • CPC (cost-per-click) and CPV (cost-per-view) campaigns.
  • Self-hosted ads, including VAST/VPAID video ads.

NAS reserves the right to determine where and how ads appear, including frequency, placement, and visibility.

5. Ad Review & Approval

All ads are subject to review. NAS may:

  • Approve, reject, or remove ads at any time.
  • Request modifications or additional information.
  • Disable campaigns that violate this Policy or the Terms of Use.

6. Billing & Refunds

Ad purchases, including CPC/CPV campaigns and self-hosted ads, are generally non-refundable once impressions or views have been delivered. NAS may issue refunds only in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges.
  • Technical errors or system malfunctions.
  • Other billing issues at NAS’s discretion.

7. Data & Tracking

NAS may use cookies, tracking pixels, and analytics tools to measure ad performance, including impressions, clicks, and views. Advertisers agree to this tracking as part of using NAS advertising tools.

8. Misuse & Enforcement

NAS may take action against advertisers or creators who:

  • Run deceptive or fraudulent campaigns.
  • Repeatedly violate this Advertising Policy.
  • Attempt to manipulate ad metrics or billing.

Actions may include:

  • Ad removal.
  • Campaign suspension.
  • Account suspension or termination.
  • Loss of monetization privileges.

9. Changes to This Advertising Policy

NAS may update this Advertising Policy at any time. Continued use of NAS advertising tools constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
