NAS Community Guidelines

1. Purpose

New Artist Source (“NAS,” “we,” “our,” “the Platform”) is a space for artists, creators, and audiences to connect, share work, and build sustainable creative careers. These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not acceptable on NAS.

2. Be Respectful

  • No harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse.
  • No hate speech or content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, or disability.
  • No threats of violence or encouragement of self-harm or harm to others.

3. No Illegal or Dangerous Content

  • No content that promotes or depicts illegal activity.
  • No content involving exploitation, trafficking, or abuse.
  • No instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or engaging in criminal acts.

4. Copyright & Ownership

  • Upload only content you own or have licensed.
  • Do not upload movies, TV shows, music videos, or other copyrighted works without permission.
  • Respect DMCA takedown requests and NAS’s copyright policies.

5. Advertising & Promotions

  • Ads must be truthful, legal, and not misleading.
  • No scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive offers.
  • Do not impersonate brands, artists, or organizations.

6. Adult & Sensitive Content

  • No pornographic or sexually explicit content.
  • No sexual content involving minors or young-looking individuals.
  • No fetish content that is exploitative or harmful.

7. Spam & Platform Abuse

  • No mass spamming, fake engagement, or bot activity.
  • No attempts to manipulate views, clicks, or monetization metrics.
  • No attempts to bypass NAS systems, security, or moderation.

8. Monetization Integrity

  • Do not misrepresent what subscribers or buyers will receive.
  • Do not use NAS to launder money or process fraudulent payments.
  • Do not monetize content that violates copyright or these Guidelines.

9. Enforcement

NAS may take action if you violate these Guidelines, including:

  • Content removal.
  • Monetization suspension.
  • Account suspension or termination.
  • Reporting to payment processors or authorities when necessary.

10. Reporting Violations

If you see content that violates these Guidelines, please report it or contact us at admin@newartistsource.com.

11. Updates to These Guidelines

NAS may update these Community Guidelines at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
