New Artist Source (“NAS,” “we,” “our,” “the Platform”) is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment for creators, viewers, and partners. This Safety & Trust Policy outlines the standards and protections that help keep NAS secure and welcoming for all.

2. Our Safety Principles

NAS is built on four core safety principles:

  • Respect: Treat others with dignity and professionalism.
  • Integrity: Upload only content you own or have rights to use.
  • Transparency: Be honest about who you are and what you offer.
  • Protection: Keep the platform free from harm, fraud, and abuse.

3. Prohibited Behaviors

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on NAS:

  • Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse.
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content.
  • Threats, violence, or encouragement of harm.
  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.
  • Uploading content you do not own or have rights to.
  • Impersonation of individuals, brands, or organizations.
  • Distribution of malware, harmful code, or phishing attempts.
  • Attempts to bypass NAS systems, moderation, or monetization rules.

4. Protecting Creators & Viewers

NAS uses a combination of automated systems and human review to protect the community:

  • Fraud detection and account monitoring.
  • Copyright screening and DMCA compliance.
  • Identity verification through Stripe Express for monetized creators.
  • Content review for high-risk uploads (movies, music videos, commercial media).
  • Rate limits and security controls to prevent abuse.

5. Reporting Safety Issues

Users may report content or behavior that violates NAS policies. Reports are reviewed promptly, and actions may include:

  • Content removal.
  • Warning or temporary suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.
  • Loss of monetization privileges.
  • Referral to law enforcement when required.

6. Protecting Minors

NAS is not intended for children under 13. We prohibit:

  • Content involving minors in unsafe or exploitative situations.
  • Sexualized content involving minors or young-looking individuals.
  • Accounts created by individuals under 13.

7. Platform Integrity & Monetization Safety

To protect the NAS economy and creators’ earnings, we prohibit:

  • Fake engagement (bots, purchased views, artificial clicks).
  • Manipulation of CPC/CPV ad systems.
  • Chargeback abuse or fraudulent purchases.
  • Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

NAS may place payout holds, reverse earnings, or suspend accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent behavior.

8. Copyright & Ownership Safety

NAS enforces strict copyright protection to maintain a safe and legal environment. Creators must upload only content they own or have licensed. NAS complies with the DMCA and may:

  • Remove infringing content.
  • Place holds on related earnings.
  • Terminate repeat infringers.
  • Require proof of ownership for high-risk uploads.

9. Enforcement Actions

NAS may take action at its discretion, including:

  • Content removal.
  • Feature or monetization restrictions.
  • Temporary or permanent account suspension.
  • Reversal or forfeiture of earnings.
  • Legal action or reporting to authorities when required.

10. Updates to This Policy

NAS may update this Safety & Trust Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
